Payment types that we accept are; Cash, Credit card, Debit card. Payment will be requested at each appointment. There will be a charge for late cancellation of appointments and failed appointments. We would like 24 hours notice for short appointments and 48 hours notice for long appointments and hygienist appointments. We would prefer you to telephone if you would like to cancel or change an appointment.


For certain expensive treatments we can offer interest free loan arranged by Denplan Enhance. You would have to go through a telephone credit check. We would also require proof of income, address etc. More info regarding Denplan can be viewed from our Partners page.
